Nurse-supported GP management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Treatment room nurses support the GPs in the management of their patients with acute asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
Good asthma and COPD control means fewer flare-ups and better day-to-day breathing. Your GP and our treatment-room nurses can provide an asthma action plan, inhaler technique review, spirometry where indicated, and regular reviews.
