Electrocardiographs (ECGs)

On-site electrocardiograph (ECG) testing to help diagnose and monitor heart conditions.

The consulting GPs use ECGs, often alongside other tests, to help diagnose and monitor conditions affecting the heart. An ECG can be used to investigate symptoms of a possible heart problem.

An ECG is a quick, painless test that records your heart’s electrical activity. Performed on site and reviewed by your GP, it helps investigate symptoms such as palpitations, chest discomfort or dizziness and supports ongoing heart-health monitoring.

  • Who it’s for: Patients with possible heart symptoms or who need monitoring.
  • Where: on site at our Bentleigh East practice
