Diabetes education, monitoring and management for type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes.
Qualified diabetes educators support the GPs in educating and assisting those with diabetes. Our diabetes nurses support the GPs with the ongoing care and monitoring that is required to manage type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes.
Our credentialled diabetes educators and nurses work alongside your GP on blood-glucose monitoring, medication, lifestyle and complication screening. We support people newly diagnosed as well as those managing diabetes long term.

- Care by: RACGP-accredited GPs and trained nursing staff
